Error trying to Start Recording

I'm getting the following error when trying to start a recording.

Selected encoder (Intel's Quick Sync) for "Haswell" CPUs only supported in older OBS (v29.1.3 and older). Try to select in OBS output settings other encoder or try to install older OBS.

OBS 30.0 can't start QSV recording anymore

I've been using QSV recording with OBS for many prior versions on Windows 10, but when I tried installing OBS 30.0 today my recordings will not start. I noticed in the recording settings screen there are now 2 different QSV options, one of them says "deprecated" which was what mine was initially...
