Error recording for the first time

Hi, I'm completely new to OBS and this forum so apologies for any rookie errors.

I've run the configuration wizard, and I'm trying to test out video capture (using my in-built laptop webcam, the proper one hasn't arrived yet). I can see the feed from my camera, but when I try to start recording I get this:

I figure it's probably something pretty basic so I looked around for answers, but aside from updating my drivers (which I'm pretty sure I've done correctly now) I can't figure out what to do. Can anyone tell me what I need to do?

Your nvidia drivers are extremely old, update them from nvidia.com.

Thanks! I'd tried using device manager to update drivers, but by following the instructions on nvidia.com I managed to get it working.
