Question / Help Error opening file for writing: graphics-hook32.dll

Help! I'm trying to update from an older version of OBS Studio and I get this error. If i try to delete the file, it won't go away since its in use of another program.

reboot the computer re-run the installer.
Do NOT run obs again until after the installer is done.

Will report back after trying it. I also tried deleting the file through Command Prompt, using the command rmdir /q /s (blah blahblah) and it didnt work. Just so you know. :/

Not deleting in the command prompt means nothing to the instructions.
