Question / Help Error: OpenEncodeSessionEx failed: unsupported device

Hi guys, special THANKS to developers. That is the best light software I ever used to record my screen. I used it on my office's laptop.

Now I tried it on my home laptop but it failed :( And the issue is with Display Capture. In the LOG it says a lot and "Failed to open NVENC codec: Generic error in an external library".

The main issues is in the end of the LOG, as at first I added Window Capture and in the last try I added Display Capture

Use x264 or, if available, Quicksync as encoder. Your GPU doesn't support nvenc.

Please make yourself familiar with the settings by navigating through the settings. It's not hidden, it's easy to find.

Thank you, this allowed me to run the recording, but now it doesn't show anything, only records the audio with black screen ((( Can you advise what should I do?
