Question / Help error occured while recording

okay so i try to record but somehow an unspecified error occurs some please tell me how to fix the logfile is up there.

GPU extremely overloaded. It can´t encode. It can´t render

Very low PC specs:

14:56:23.736: CPU Name: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E4500 @ 2.20GHz
14:56:23.813: CPU Speed: 2200MHz
14:56:23.896: Physical Cores: 2, Logical Cores: 2
14:56:23.896: Physical Memory: 1023MB Total, 165MB Free (NOTE: 32bit programs cannot use more than 3gb)

Only 1GB of RAM.

Even rescaling down I think you can´t do it with that PC. :(
