Error: OBS starts two instances?

I am using Ubuntu 20.04 LTS with X11 and OBS 27.0.1 (linux).
I have freshly installed my system. I have this ffmpeg version with SRT: ffmpeg version N-58069-gc253b180cb-static
When I start OBS, all windows are displayed double under each other. Is this installation error known? Is there a workaround?

This error has nothing to do with ffmpeg. Also the type of installation does not matter! Also no two instances of OBS are opened. OBS has a problem with the "Fractional Scaling" under Ubuntu 20.04 X11.
This display error only occurs when "Fractional scaling", e.g. 150%, is used in the settings under "Display devices" in Ubuntu 20.04.
If I turn off the "Fractional Scaling" and just scale normally (100% or 200%) the display in OBS Studio is without errors.
Is there a solution for this? I am using 4K monitors and would like to use 150% scaling. Is there a FIX for OBS?
