Question / Help Error NVENC Error init_encoder...

When I attempt to capture a window, I get an error message which finishes with NV-ENC_ERR_INVALID_VERSION as per the image attached

This driver is 2 years out of date. Update your drivers.

I'm having the same problem. Apparently mine is GeForce GTX 960M. Can anyone recommend what I should be upgrading to and where to find it? Already went to the NVIDIA site & attempted the "automatic upgrade" which sent me to GEFORCE Experience v3.20.4.14.exe. That did not work. Thanks so much for any help.
