Error Message

Newbie question here. How do I go about getting an advances-scene-switcher obs-ndi plugin error fixed? I have attached a picture of the error message that pops up every time I start OBS. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update the plugins or remove them.
Make sure the version of this plugins support and are compatible with the OBS version you're using.
