Question / Help Error Message When Importing to Adobe Premiere 2014

Hey all!
I'm new to OBS and i'm trying to edit together of small video.
I'm saving my video through mp4, but when I attempt to upload to Adobe Premiere I get this message-

Can someone please advise me? I'm using Adobe Premiere 2014

Don't save directly to mp4.
Save to FLV or MKV and remux afterwards.

Is there a specific program you can recommend to do that? (thx for the quick reply btw)

I just tried this, and I get the same error message in premiere with the remuxed file.

Does the media play properly in VLC?

Then the problem is in premiere.
