Error message Unable to write to <the path on the local disc>

All of a sudden, when attempted to start screen recording (from the chrome browser) got the message:
"Unable to write to <the path on the local disc> ...."

Windows 11
OBS Version - the latest 32.0.4
OBS started "as administrator"

Any ideas and recommendations, please.
 
I found the problem and I consider it to be an OBS bug or at least lack of user-friendliness. Actually there was something wrong with my output file name (not the path). I had just to retype it in Settings/Advanced section.

But OBS gave men the message below. I think it was hard to come up with more confusing diagnostics and recommendations:

"Unable to write to C:/....
Make sure you are using a recording path which your user account is allowed to write to and there is sufficient disk space.
If Windows 10 Rnsomeware Protection is enabled it can also cause the error. Try turning off controlled folder access in WIndows Security/Virus & Treat protection settings"
