Question / Help Error Message on Game Capture

When I select Game Capture and click "Start Recording" it gives an error that says "Starging the output failed. Please check the log for details. Note: if you are using the NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drives are up to date." I have Windows 10. Acer Aspire E16 with updated drivers for NVIDIA GeForce 940Mx with 2 GB Dedicated VRAM. In addition in the output settings it says the Encoder is set to x264.

did you check the recording encoder as well as the streaming encoder?
