Bug Report Error installing upgrade

I open Obs then it says update avaliable and atfer some seconds it says cant donwload, I go to the main web pagen and download the new version and when I try to install it says not temporally folder

Your hard drive is full or your temp dir isn't writable. Check %TEMP% in explorer and make sure it isn't read-only or something.
