Bug Report Error: Failed to create aac streaming encoder (simple output)?

So when i try to open up obs studio 32bit (less laggy) it gives me this message: "Failed to create aac streaming encoder (simple output)", but when i open up the 64bit one it works fine but very laggy. The 32bit one was working fine until i installed the browser source plugin for obs studio. Any idea how to fix this?
