Question / Help "Error: Encoding Overloaded!"

Error: "Encoding Overloaded! Consider turning down video settings or using a faster preset"
Game: Overwatch
In-game FPS: 100+
CPU Speed is actually 4.2MHz because of overclock.
Stream Server: Restream (Twitch, Youtube, Hitbox, and Beam)
Desired Output 1080p @60fps with relatively smooth action shots.

Please help me adjust my settings to achieve my goals! Thanks for the help!

Connection 75/75 Mbps
Stream Server: Restream (Twitch, Youtube, Hitbox, and Beam)
Desired Output 1080p @60fps with relatively smooth action shots.

It wouldn't let me edit my original post. I didn't realize I was running 32bit OBS Studio, but changing from 32 bit to 64 bit didn't alleviate issue. Also added my connection. Sorry for multipost.


Please help me adjust my settings to achieve my goals! Thanks for the help!
