Question / Help Error code when trying to open OBS Studio

I'm posting this thread again because I didn't get the pic uploaded the first time.

I downloaded OBS Studio on my dad's streaming pc. It worked well for a couple of days and then he got the error code you see in the pic. I had to uninstall OBS Studio and re-download it for it to work.Just to make sure the issue was fixed I closed OBS and re-opened it only to have the same error code again. Suggestions?

incase you cant see it it says "The program cant start because MSVCR120.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this issue."

and in the top right corner its grey out but it says "get-graphics-offsets64.exe-System Error"

Install the C++ Redistributables. Get the x86 and x64 version.

I did everything you asked and still no luck. I have to unistall obs and re download it again to get it to work. This is not cool. I'll even drop my log this time.

Try downloading the 2013 C++ Redistributables.

Make sure you install the right version depending on whether you run a 32-bit or 64-bit system.

Hello, does the information above about get the "2013 C++ Redistributables" apply even if this MSVCR120.DLL is already on my machine? A search on the machine finds it. Does it just need to be copied into a particular folder for OBS to "see" it?

Or will the MS download described above solve this completely?
