Bug Report Error after installation

I just downloaded and installed the newest version of OBS and decided to start. But I got the error "Failed to find locale / en-US.ini", tried to reinstall, but it does not work. (I used Google translator :))
 
This usually happens when antivirus decided to block certain aspects of the OBS installation. Try uninstalling OBS, temporarily disabling your antivirus, and running the OBS installer again.
