Stream with obs 23.xxx - 24.xxx and almost every 30-40 min when you watch stream on twitch from opera or firefox from PC or even from android you have error #5000. Also when you set 5000 bitrate in obs settings and start streaming obs show 8000-25000 bitrate. Error #5000 can dissapear when you restart stream immediately or spontaneously retire.
