What the message says, your GPU driver isn't good to use with Enhanced Broadcasting.
If you do want to use Enhanced Broadcasting then you need to downgrade the driver to a previous version (Performing a clean GPU driver installation | OBS Forums ) or wait until a new version that works with Enhanced Broadcasting is released.
Of course, you can also not use Enhanced Broadcasting at all and the problem is solved.
