ePSXe black screen output. Please help

Every time that I try to either record or stream PS1 games running off the ePSXe emulator, I always get a black screen output despite the fact that the game is definitely NOT a black screen!

It is making it very difficult to stream the RPG that I made in RPG Maker for PS1 as all OBS sees is a black screen.

Googling the problem ONLY brought up a bug from 2014 that was supposedly fixed but NOTHING could be further from the truth! STILL in 2020, OBS outputs a black screen when capturing ePSXe

This happens on MULTIPLE PCs including a gaming laptop (not currently using)

Which capture type do you have try ?
Game capture?
Usually, a black screen means an hardware acceleration ON like on google chrome which are not allowed to be capture. Disable it resolve 90% of issue.
