Hi - Cannot help a lot here. All I can add is my 760D will work perfectly on Win10 Home & Win 11 on a 2 yr old HP laptop and a 10 yr old 'no brand' laptop. On the 4 yr old PC that I run various feeds from my YT stream (running Win 10 Pro) it FAILS miserably. Have a post on Canon Forum for help. Suggestion to use Canon EOS Webcam PRO (from US site) made matter worse as it crashed or hung OBS when scene switching. NOTE .... Have you removed the Canon Picture Transfer Utility ? That must NOT be running or installed. I have removed all software that my be 'connecting' to the camera first ( Photoshop etc ) - Still no success. If you can try using a different PC/Laptop just to see if that is the issue. I know the software works. But not on this specific PC.
