EOS webcam utility and Cam Link not working together

Any help would be great. I'm trying to get 2 or 3 canon cameras running, hopefully without buying another capture card.

you posted to wrong forum. so unlikely to get as many eyes on your request. Post to the Operating System support forum matching your OS.

And while you re-post to correct forum, I recommend researching USB Root hub overload considerations in the Windows forum as you need to be careful with that many Video sources over USB.
