Question / Help EOS M + Ripsaw HD = Blank

Hi, I am Hokgiarto.
I want to live stream youtube using OBS. I have EOS M and Razer Ripsaw HD.
I using mini HDMI to HDMI in EOS M, then HDMI to HDMI from EOS M to Ripsaw HD (HDMI in), USB to PC, another HDMI to HDMI as passthough to same monitor.
In OBC, I add new source, Video capture card, Razer Ripsaw HD. The preview is blank / black. But when I change my monitor source to another HDMI (the output of HDMI passthough), it show normal.
I change the camera with a sony hadycam, both in OBC and passthough show up.
Why the EOS M not show up in OBC?
Btw I am using latest Windows 10, razer driver, EOS M firmware, etc all latest.

This would be a question for Razer support. It sounds like it's an issue with the Ripsaw not capturing the camera correctly... perhaps the camera is outputting a non-standard resolution that the Ripsaw doesn't "speak".
Again, almost definitely not an OBS issue. Contact Razer support.

I have success to make it appear in OBS but with 1080p 24 fps max. The 1080p 30 fps maximum camera setting, also default setting when reset setting, cannot appear. But the video is so bad in movie mode.
