entry points on Windows 10

After downloading and installing the OBS software (on my Windows 10 Notebook) and trying to open
the obs64.exe, I get the following messages:
Entry point "IsWow64Process2" not found in "\obs-studio\bin\64bit\obs.dll", and
Entry point "D3D12SerializeVersionedRootSignature" not found in "\obs-studio\bin\64bit\Q16Gui.dll".
The program does not start. What can I do to get it working?

Update OS or try older OBS build for your system.

I've been having no problems using Obs for a while. Recently I had a problem with Smplayer and uninstalled and reinstalled it. After that I get this message. Any suggestions on how I can get Obs running right again. I already reinstalled it but no change. Thanks.
