Entry Point Not Found + How do I select a sub region?

Hello, sorry if these questions have been answered before, but I tried googling my problems and it didn't help in the slightest.

So for my first problem, I get the "Entry Point Not Found" error every time I open OBS. The window states the following:

The procedure entry point MFTEnumEx could not be located on the dynamic link library MFPlat.DLL.

I have no idea what either of those things mean, so any help would be much appreciated.

Also, in older versions I've seen of OBS on youtube, it seems like there was an ability to select sub-regions. But now, I can't seem to find a way to do it, even when I look in the settings.

I'm using Windows Vista so I downloaded the multiplatform version of OBS for Windows.

Sub region is replaced by Crop filter, right click on a source and add a crop filter to it.

Oh I see...it's not very intuitive, but thank you for telling me :O

I'm still not sure how to get rid of the error though...
