When ever i go to start OBS studio, a few seconds pass and then my entire PC freezes with a loud noise going off, and I have to hard restart it, and this happens EVERY time I try. Then when I go to look at the log, it says it can only find 2GB of physical Ram when I have 8GB and a 64-bit system.

15:33:17.153: CPU Name: AMD A6-6400K APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics
15:33:17.213: CPU Speed: 4329MHz
15:33:17.213: Physical Cores: 1, Logical Cores: 2
15:33:17.213: Physical Memory: 2047MB Total, 2047MB Free (NOTE: 4 gigs max is normal for 32bit programs)
15:33:17.213: Windows Version: 10.0 Build 10586 (revision: 0)
15:33:17.213: Aero is Enabled (Aero is always on for windows 8 and above)
15:33:17.274: OBS 0.13.4 (windows)
15:33:17.274: ---------------------------------
15:33:17.275: ---------------------------------
15:33:17.275: audio settings reset:

What the heck could be causing this? and how would I fix it?
My assumptions are the Ram its finding is the issue, but I don't know how to fix this.

Maybe some setups in audio goes wrong. Try to setup Stereo at Windows environment, use it at 44100 Hz (or 48000 Hz, 16/24 bit).

At least, you didn't see difference in sound quality...

try Studio portable mode in different folder (place folder in trust list of your security software): https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/obs-and-obs-studio-portable-mode-on-windows.359/

Also, try 32bit version of the program when you'll become portable.
that did not work either. also note this issue is only with OBS Studio, i have no issues with OBS classic... other than too much CPU usage, but it works XD

Can you disable sound card in your bios? Just to be sure that problem still persist. And you cannot run OBS Studio without/with audio hw present. After tests (I'll recommend portable) enable it again.
