I wanna start streaming on twitch.
And i wanna buy a used PC with following specs:

AMD Athlon II 46 X2 quadcore CPU
2GB DDR 3 RAM
ATI Radeon HD 5450 GPU

(Thats all specs i know from the PC if would like to bought)

is this enough for streaming my xbox one games to twitch?

Im Using a Elgato HD60 to capture.

And i got a 100k Internet with 20k upstream.

Hi,

I would avoid AMD if you want to stream as you will need x264 encoding which is cpu intensive and the AMD chips of this age don't have what it takes to produce decent results, assuming you haven't bought it yet?

thx for the fast reply. No i have bought it yet. It was a good so i thought about.I would prefer a intel cpu minimum i5 but
the money is not there for a new computer.Mhh thx im glad to here this. Now im gonna search for some used intel cpu PCs.

np, the i5-4670k should be able to do 720p 30fps if its just a streaming slave and it has the potential to be OC.depending on cash imo i wouldn't go much lower. to note you will still need a gpu to do some scaling but it doesn't need to be a 1080gtx but it needs to be more than an integrated gpu. Elgato or avermedia capture card will be fine, i'm a PCI fan over USB.

There is a reddit pc building sub that can sometimes be good, just tell them what you want and the dosh $$$ you have and they will come up with some specs.
