Enlarge Source window

Hi there,

it is probably simple, but I cannot figure out how to the the following:

For my Facebook Live Show I use OBS to share my monitor's screen. In the bottom right corner of the screen the webcam capture (LogiCapture) is overlayed, so that the viewers can also see me as well. (Pretty standard stuff á la twitch).
During my show, there are certain moments, where - instead of sharing my screen, I'd rather enlarge my webcam preview, so that people can see me on the whole screen and not as a small capture in the corner of it. Then I'd gladly go back to initial small corner preview, so that people can see the shared screen, instead of my visage again.

So my questions:
  1. Is there a hotkey or a key combination to quickly enlage the webcam capture and then bring it back to its initial size?
  2. I have a Corsair keyboard with some free-mappable keys (G1-G6) - if there is a hotkey/key combination to temporary enlarge the webcam to full screen, do you think I can map that action to one of those keys, so that I can easily do this during the show with a simple button press?
Thanks in advance!
All the best,
Helldoor

OBS can hold number of scenes.
  1. You creating new scene under the Scenes pane (you can name it "camera fullscreen").
  2. Then you adding same source (already existing Video Capture Device in your case) to this recently created scene.
  3. You enlarging the source to desirable size.
  4. Then by clicking on the Scene name in the Scenes pane (for example your "camera fullscreen") OBS will perform special effect called Transition (by default crossfade of 300ms), and preview window will be filled with new content. Visually it will look like OBS smoothly changes pictures until completely new view will become live.

Thank you, Suslik! I managed to create a 2nd scene, which has the "Video Capture Device" at full screen + the "Audio Input Capture" being the existing one on the 1st/main Scene. I also have an "Audio Output capture" on both the main and the "camera fullscreen" scenes, being my speakers - do I need that at all?
And another question - is there a hotkey or a key combination that I can bind to the transition between the 2 Scenes? Under Settings > Hotkeys there is a Transition option, put binding a Hotkey doesn't seem to do anything.

Thanks once again!

If your PC playback sounds that you don't want to be recorded/streamed - then you don't need corresponding sources to capture audio from your PC. By default, OBS has two Global audio sources enabled (usually speakers and mic), this behavior of OBS can be changed in main menu File > Settings > Audio > Global Audio Devices group. Some clarifications of terms (in advance): https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/how-to-use-2-obs.175196/post-645611

Mutual hotkeys only available for "on/off" actions. "Switch to scene" action should has unique hotkey (don't forget to scroll down Hotkeys list to see all available actions).
