Enhanced Broadcast doesn't allow me to stream to twitch at 1440p?

I have a friend who can stream up to 4k but for some reason, I am locked at only 1080p. I have the bitrate for it and the specs, and I am also a Twitch Partner.

Twitch max resolution is 1080p
They are testing 1440p with a few streamers only.
The only streaming platform that allows 4k is Youtube.

You have to have the output in 4k. And I imagine you have to be in the beta group testing it, Although I was not in the first group it looks like they have already expanded it to more groups. I was broadcasting at 1440p but my output was 2160p. so the other day I found myself broadcasting at 2160p.

I unfortunately cannot click the link since it brings me to the blank Discord page. Is this group thing something I have to sign up for?

** Roadmap Update **
@here It's time for an update to the Enhanced Broadcasting beta! We're ready to start testing 4k streaming with this closed beta group.

Over the last several months, your testing and traffic have helped us identify and ship fixes for many bugs. Thank you for all the great questions and feedback shared along the way.

As many of you know, we've been exploring the possibility of offering higher resolution 2K and 4K streaming on Twitch, and we need your help to continue testing and collecting data for our video research team to understand the potential for the wider Twitch community.

**What's happening now?**
We're rolling out 4K streaming for 100% of the creators in this closed beta group today to help us continue to learn and refine the experience. The switch should be active for all closed beta creators within the next 2 hours.

**Woah, 4K?! What else is changing?**
* 1080p60 will be in H.264 at 6 Mbps for compatibility purposes.
* A new 6 track 4k ladder, that also includes 1440p, will be chosen if you have a powerful enough GPU and enough upstream network bandwidth.

**What do I need to do?**
* Use OBS Studio v31.0.1 or a recent portable build from <#1195435721629122712>
* Make sure that your Canvas Resolution and Output Resolution are 2560x1440 (for 2K) or 3840x2160 (for 4K)
* Be patient: we'll add more people to the allowlist as things prove to be working

**How can I tell if my stream is using HEVC?**
After you start streaming, you can visit https://inspector.twitch.tv to see the resolution and codec used for each video track.

**What can I do if I don't get HEVC right away?**
Please be patient! We're adding people gradually over the next couple of hours and we may disable/enable the experiment as we identify downstream issues that need to be resolved. If we disable the experiment, your highest quality rendition will automatically be scaled to a 1080p60 quality in H.264/AVC (while maintaining the aspect ratio of your OBS Studio canvas).

**What if I don't want HEVC?**
In the short term: if your channel has already been onboarded, you can change your Output Resolution in OBS Studio to 1920x1080.

**What's the roadmap look like?**
* Continue to identify and fix functional bugs with HEVC video across Twitch.
* Explore Clip support for advanced codecs (e.g. 1440p60/1080p60 HEVC).
* Fix PS4/PS5/Xbox playback support for Enhanced Broadcasting streams.

**What should I tell my viewers?**
If your viewers have issues watching 2160p60/1440p60, you should have them try Chrome, Safari, or Edge. While Firefox and Edge support HEVC, they're a bit trickier for viewers to get working.

**What are the updated 2160p60/1440p60/1080p60 bitrates?**
* 2160p60 is 10.0 Mbps in HEVC
* 1440p60 is 7.5 Mbps in HEVC
* 1080p60 is H6.0 Mbps in H.264

**How much bandwidth will I need for 1440/2160?**
We recommend that your have a stable 20 Mbps upstream connection for 1440, 23 Mbps for 2160 and 30 Mbps for the premium six track ladders containing both 2160 and 1440. If you have less, you should uncheck `Auto` and configure the `Maximum Streaming Bandwidth`. See Getting Started with Enhanced Broadcasting (https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/enhanced-broadcasting-getting-started).

**What GPUs are supported for 1440p60 streaming?**
* NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1000-series or GeForce RTX 2000-series or newer with NVIDIA driver 545.92 or newer
* AMD Radeon RX 5000/6000/7000 Series or newer with AMD Adrenalin 24.4.1 minimum

**What GPUs are supported for 2160p60 (4k) streaming?**
* NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3000-series or newer with NVIDIA driver 545.92 or newer
* AMD Radeon RX 7000 Series or newer with AMD Adrenalin 24.4.1 minimum

**Which GPUs will support the new 6 track ladder with both 2160p60 and 1440p60?**
* NVIDIA Dual NVENC cards starting with the RTX 4070ti
