Enforce streaming service encoder settings?/ My docks?

Hello, should i or should I not have a check box next to enforce streaming service encoder settings? I use twitch as my service I can post a pic if need be of my advanced settings. Using nvec with a 1660 super ausu tuf gaming card.

Also my dock options are only chat and stream stats but nothing else. No stream title info like it used to show. Did i change a settings or current viewers. If anyone needs pics let me know I can screen shot. Thanks as always.
