End video is choppy but no problems when recording

Hello, I have been trying for a few hours now just changing the settings around to try and fix this.
I have this problem where once I have finished recording and I go watch my recording the video seems laggy/choppy however when I'm recording I have no lag in-game and obs doesn't say anything about using too much resources. I have tried running it in administrator but that didn't work.
I have a rtx 2060 super and a ryzen 5 3600 currently trying to record CS:GO

dont use MP4 as fileformat its not save use MKV


have you set your energy saving settings to fullspeed ?

set your display refreshrate to 120 -> 120hz / 60fps = 2

Disable it

did you use the VLC player to watch the Recording ?

I changed the file format and it worked, thank you for the help!
