I've run into a problem that's been mystifying me, and unfortunately I'm a bit of a doofus when it comes to tech fixes.
I have been attempting to record footage of a Pokemon Emerald randomizer via OBS, and am recording commentary simultaneously via Audacity and a USB mic. No other programs are open, just the VBA emulator, OBS and Audacity. At various points throughout my prior and most recent attempt, the emulator suddenly slows down to about half its framerate speed, horribly distorting the sound as well. I lost the log of previous attempts, and tried to record again last night minus Audacity, and everything worked.
I set up the whole package again today, and everything wound up distorting and slowing down for a while once more. OBS tells me that the recording is overloaded and I have to modify certain settings, but I'm a bit unsure what exactly it wants me to do.

Thank you for your time, and I apologise for any ineptitude I display with this program. OBS has worked fine for other emulators, so I'm rather puzzled.
