Hi, I'm having a problem with the encoding of the recording video files on several softwares. I have a mac mini m4 24ram with Desktop Monitor | 28" | 4K UHD | 60Hz connected via DisplayPort, I did optimize for recording on auto-configuration wizard, I tried many recording formats and video encoders, I did record also with the best settings advised for this mac, and I'm still having the same problem. Basically, when I import to Davinci Resolve studio the video file kinda loses resolution, the icon of the apps and the letters on pages app looks which lack of resolution and blurry, but I record UHD (I also tried in HD, with different color spaces) but when I read the video file on quicktime and on VLC media is alright, on Baselight it does a similar problem, the letters on pages look a little blurry and some lines from some letters are hard to see, also the words look smashed and blurry, and the overall have lack of sharpness as well. On final cut from apple, all looks good, but have someone problems on davinci or baselight that could help me. Im doing a desktop documentary and the color grade will be on baselight and the editing on resolve. The specs from the ideal file for me it would be Prores 422HQ 25fps PAL, I did also record with that specs. can some one help me?
