Question / Help Encoding Overloaded

Hi I received this notification "Encoding Overloaded" on OBS Studio and I wasn't sure what I have to do with it. I was playing The Sims 3 on my live stream, my Google Chrome was opened with a couple of tabs in the background.
I attached my log file.
Here are my specs :
Windows 7, NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450, i5-2400, CPU @3.10GHz, 8GB RAM
And OBS Settings:
Encoder x264, Rate control CBR, 2500 bitrate, CPU Usage Preset veryfast, FPS 30, Output resolution 1280x720, Downscale filter bicubic.

No stream attempt in the log. Start OBS, start streaming, wait for the problem to occur, stop streaming, wait a bit, then grab the log. Your log only has app startup in it, no streaming session.

That said, obvious suggestion is to increase CPU preset to something faster; encoding overload error indicates not enough CPU for current settings.
