Question / Help Encoding overloaded

Hello,

I started streaming 3 weeks ago without any issues but today when I tried to stream I'm getting the encoding overloaded error even using the CPU usage preset veryfast when before I could make it even to slow without any issues, I'm streaming PS4 games using an Elgato capture card so the only program that I have open right now is OBS studio.

I already tried checking my hardware but doesn't seems to be a problem with my hardware. I streamed yesterday without any issues and didn't changed any setting today when I was going to start the stream. Here is my log file:

Thanks for the response.

Yes, I have the windows 10 game mode disabled but looks like that was not the issue and I managed to fixed it after trying different things.
