Question / Help Encoding Overloaded

I'm Receiving an "encoding overloaded" error while recording i ignored it at first but then when i viewed my video i noticed it was skipping frames my CPU usage never goes above 50% (even while recording) so i cant figure out whats wrong can any1 help ? [

you can try simple output mode settings from my pic but this box is really too slow and has no hw encoder

k thanks my birthday is coming up but i think il just wait until september and ask my dad for an xbox x
