Question / Help Encoding Overloaded

Ive played with the settings a ton, and im gettting this as soon as I try and stream. Upload is 80mb download is 40mb. Heres the log. Using OBS studio. Any help would be appreciated. Totally new to streaming. Trying to go from console to Xbox One app to Twitch using it.

Might be worth adding here, at the bottom right it never shows my CPU going above 30%

Your CPU and GPU are both overloaded. I would say your specs are not good enough for x264 fast. Use Quick Sync for your encoder instead and raise your bitrate. Try a bitrate of 2500 at 720p and 30 FPS. If your internet can handle it, increase that bitrate to 3000 or more.

you da man. switched encoder to the next one down and worked like a charm! Internet is 200 dl / 100 ul but I pull more like 80/40
