Question / Help Encoding Overloaded

Recently, while streaming Watch Dogs 2, I've occasionally checked in on OBS studio to see if everything's running fine. Most of the time, when the game isn't in cutscenes or menus, I get the message "Encoding overloaded! Consider turning down your video settings or using a faster encoding preset." I don't believe I've had this issue when I've streamed it before. I've already been running my CPU Usage Preset at ultrafast, but the error still shows even when toning down the FPS and downscaling filter. Here's a pastebin of my log file, and I'll also attach one, just in case: http://pastebin.com/GxS5JUni

Real time video compression takes a LOT of CPU power. Leave CPU preset on veryfast or else your compression will look terrible. Turn on VSync or Cap your in game framerate much lower to leave more CPU and GPU for obs to use. (if your game is using all your CPU then there is none left for OBS)

Also your internet isn't fast enough for a bitrate of 3500 at 2500 it was better but you still did drop a few frames. You might want to lower that even more.
