Question / Help Encoding Overloaded while recording?

Usually for the most part my video quality looks perfect when I am recording, but there are little moments where the encoding overloaded error occurs, and causes my video to stutter for a split second, then goes back to normal. I have monitored my cpu usage, my memory and my disk usage and they all stayed relatively normal, but I am still concerned about the stuttering that is going on.

There is the log file of the overwatch match I recorded.

18:25:30.826: Output 'adv_file_output': Number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 46 (13.2%)

The encoder cannot keep up with encoding the video.

I would lower your resolution to 720p because you can always re-encode the video to 1080p. You can't really go from 30 FPS to 60 FPS (it would look strange because some frames are missing).

so 60fps/720p? and also how would I go about re-encoding it to 1080p? I would assume through a program such as sony vegas or something like it?

also just tested 720p 60fps and it worked flawlessly. Only time there were any skipped frames was when I had hit the windows key to tab out of the game. Thanks!
