Question / Help Encoding Overloaded when trying to record

Okay, so I've tried everything. I searched up as much as I could for answers, I've tried tweaking my settings but I just can't seem to fix this problem. Anytime I click "start recording", OBS just says "Encoding Overloaded" and I can't figure out what is wrong. I have put my log file in to hopefully see if you guys can find out the problem. I consider my PC pretty beefy for what it is but is it weak for recording footage? I have never had a problem with recording at 25000 for my bitrate but now it's just giving up.

Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

Uploading was not working for me I don't think so if not, here is a pastebin link to my log: http://pastebin.com/YR3PVR2a

I would but it gets stuck on "Stopping Recording". Here is a recording attempt.

Try x264 instead. If that (or QuickSync) works, then it's likely an AMD related issue.

21:19:28.390: [AMFTrace] 2016-10-16 21:19:28.390 2668 [AMFEncoderHEVC] Error: ..\..\..\..\..\runtime\src\components\EncoderHEVC\EncoderHEVCImpl.cpp(190):AHEVC interface versions are not matching. Application: 131072, Driver: 131080

It seems like your AMD driver may be installed improperly? I don't know enough about AMD, so I might be misinterpreting this log entry.

You're also currently using the Media Foundation AMD VCE encoder. You may want to look into the AMD AMF encoder also now included with OBS Studio.

Ah! Alright, I'll give that a shot.
Okay? The suggestion is to start doing so. It's the least bad hardware encoder you have at your disposal.
I don't think I am ever going to touch integrated graphics ever again so QuickSync is not an option.

You'd only be utilizing the iGPU for encoding purposes, and the HD 4600 on your 4690K will do a better job than VCE or NVENC. I have no idea what you think the downside is here, but suit yourself.

Well, I don't have an option to use quicksync at the moment so what do I do?

Nevermind, got it to work! Fixed my issues right up. Thanks for the help!
