Encoding overloaded! on high end pc

(Encoding overloaded! Consider turning down video settings or using a faster encoding preset.) This message pops out ever since I added an overlay to my stream i tried everything and its still there. Please help
CPU: Intel i9 10900K
GPU: Asus strix gaming 3070 OC
