Question / Help Encoding Overloaded/High CPU spikes?

Recently, I have been having an issue with high CPU usage or Encoding Overloaded. This leads to freezing of my computer, and ultimately I have to turn it off. It completely locks up. It sits between 1.3% and 2.4% normally, but goes up to 5-6% at some points, leading to reduced stream FPS and the lockup. I'll post my logs.

Not a huge amount, but it does mean that your stream will drop some frames.
