Question / Help Encoding overloaded, help?

Hey! In advance, I apologize for my ignorance as I'm new to recording videos, but any help will be greatly appreciated. I've watched several videos for the best settings for recording at 1080p/60fps, but no matter what settings I use, it says "encoding overloaded, please lower your video settings" and the videos that are produced look somewhat glitched (pixelated ripples). I'm solely using this program for YouTube and not streams at the moment, so what are the best settings to use with my specs? I'm worried that my CPU will crash if I mess up and last time that I attempted to record, my TV stopped displaying.

EDIT: Using the AMD H.294 Encoder makes my footage extremely laggy, so I'm forced to use x294.
