Question / Help Encoding Overloaded Error Help

Hi. I’m new to all of this. I could really use some help. I’ve done research and watched tons of YouTube videos. I’m still learning. I’m Live-streaming to Facebook with obs. I have a canon vixia hf r800, elgato hd60s+, and a 2017 MacBook Pro. I notice I get a clear picture in obs but my livestream down scales and doesn’t look as good. Now I have this encoding overloaded error. Please help. Don’t have a log file atm

My dropped frames is at 0. My CPU ranges from 40-60%, 40-60 fps. kB/s 2590
