Hello, i have little problem.
My windows crashed so I was forced to reinstallation. I installed the same OS, drivers, programs, games...
Settings are the same as before reinstalling, but now, video on stream is freezing and OBS have error: "Encoding overload!"

My CPU ussage is not bigger then 50%, RAM around 60 %and GPU i guess can not be in high ussage.

Computer parameters:

CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K 4GHz
Motherboard: MSI Z97 GAMING 5
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX980 ACX 2.0 (4GB)
RAM: Kingston 16GB KIT DDR3 2400MHz CL11 HyperX Beast Series
HDD: 240GB SSD + 1TB WD Blue
OS: Win 7 Ultimate SP1
I tried Change bitrate, rescale output video, CPU Usage presset, but still same problem.

Here is log from OBS: https://www.scribd.com/document/337163633/2017-01-21-12-40-58

Can anyone help me with this problem please? :(

Your x264 CPU Preset is set to Slow. That's why. Set it to Very Fast and it'll be fixed. It's in Output in Settings.

hmmm i tried change it to "medium" .... on medium i had it before reinstallation and all was fine....
I can try it tomorrow, but on "very fast" preset will be video on stream in low quality, or no?
