I'm currently streaming DOTA 2 to YouTube. Using my old PC setup i can stream 720p 30fps on x264(very fast) without problems. However, on my new setup i tried 720p 30fps on x264(very fast or higher) but obs will prompt with the encoding overloaded. What i do not understand is that it happened after i changed/upgraded the GPU and the OS. Now i am force to use nvech H.264 i do not like the quality of the video...im quite new with streaming and obs so even a little help i really welcome and appreciate it.

This generally means that your CPU cannot keep up. Since it's a fairly weak AMD APU, you might need to turn settings down for streaming with x264 over NVENC.

It's possible that your GPU is not installed in the correct slot as well. Did you put it in the slot closest to the CPU? Download GPU-Z and post a screenshot (the camera button in the program and upload to free image hosting) https://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/SysInfo/GPU-Z/

Before i upgraded to ASUS Nvidia Dual GeForce® GTX 1060 3GB its working fine with 720p 30fps. GPU was added to the closest slot.
