Question / Help Encoding Overload

Posting here for help. Over the past few months, I started getting an Encoder overload error. I don't quite understand it, as before it started happening, I streamed just fine for months. I've messed with the settings, increased the hardware on my computer, and even upgraded on my internet, but nothing seems to fix it.

Looks like its a network issue:
Output 'simple_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 84 (0.1%)
13:45:18.206: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 8121/66298 (12.2%)

not seeing any overload in the log.

The dropped frames was only 0.1%, so its not the network connection or internet lag. The encoding lag is 12.2% which means the CPU is overloaded. Not sure why Steeled_Pick sees those in reverse of what I do.

Anyways, that said, I'm not sure why its happening. Settings look good. If you have the Windows 10 Game Mode turned on, turn it off, that's all I know to suggest.
