Question / Help Encoding Overload

hey, i've tried to start recording with the program and it works fine at first, but a few seconds in and it says i have an encoding overload.

Try lowering your in-game resolution to 720p.
In OBS Studio set your base & output resolutions to 720p, try first your frame rate at 60fps, if still stutters then set to 30fps.
After changing settings, can you upload another logfile please if you still have issues.
