Hello All!
Trying to get back into streaming and I seem to be having an issue when attempting to stream. I run into "Encoding Overload" each time after about 3-5 seconds of streaming. I asked the question on Reddit the other day and was told I needed to upgrade my hardware on my PC, which will be the plan in the long run, but trying to just save a little cash before hand, since I'll have to replace the motherboard and CPU since nothing I can find fits the socket that the PC came with.
Just curious if anyone on this forum has a work around for the meantime. I'm not playing the games on my PC, I'm playing either on my Xbox One or PS4, and streaming through my Elgado Game Capture HD-Pro, so I don't have a ton running on the PC besides the streaming software.
These are some specs I have at the moment, I can grab more if needed:
CPU: AMD FX-8800P
RAM 16GB
Cam: Logitech C920
Graphics: Radeon R9 360
Thanks for any help! Like I said, an upgrade is the plan in the future, just trying to save up some money, but if the upgrade is needed earlier than I'd like, I'm not ruling that out either.
Edit: Seems I posted this in the wrong forum, since I currently am using OBS Studio, but I'm not opposed to switching to the legacy versions.
