Whenever I hit start stream nowadays, OBS always pop up a "Encoding overload, please use a faster preset or turing down video settings." and when I check my streams it just lags frame by frame.
There's almost always a huge stream delay because of this.
My settings:
Service: Twitch
Encoder: x264
Rate control: CBR
Bitrate: 500 (no custom buffer)
CPU usage preset: Superfast
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4160 CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz
Installed RAM: 4GB
Device ID: 65C2375E-393B-4770-83F9-8C69620670AE

System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
