I am trying to sort out some Encoding Overload Issues which have started plaguing me a few days ago.
I have had absolutely no trouble at all before this, so my immediate reaction is to think its a Hardware issue... But I don't seem to be having any other issues with any other programs. Very frustrating... I haven't added any new components either.
I have tinkered around with the settings for hours, but i'm unable to make much headway.
